Online Payments
It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If the court rejects your payment, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not. Please pay carefully.
Payment of fines through this service constitutes an admission of guilt and MAY result in a conviction against you.
The following are not payable here; contact the court:
- Payment Plan payments - the court staff will take those payments by phone
- If the defendant is in jail. Contact the jail where the person is being held.
- Driving Safety Course fees.
- Assault and Family Violence violations issued after Sept. 1, 2019
- Citations issued to juveniles under 17 years of age.
Deferred Disposition fees are payable here if you have prior court approval.
Payments are accepted through the mail and phone. Forms of payment accepted are check, money order:

- Payments mailed must be postmarked on or before your court appearance date.
- Payments received after 4 pm M - F will not be cleared until the following business day. Keep proof of payment with you until then.
- Payments in the form of check or money order should be made payable to the City of Joshua.
- Please include your citation number or the docket number. Please do not send cash.
- Make sure the amount sent is sufficient to pay the court cost.
- Cases must be paid in full (or in installments when approved by the judge).
Installment Plans must be arranged in person.
