The Human Resources (HR) Department seeks to provide valuable information, excellent customer service, and administrative support to current and potential employees. HR implements and manages the recruitment and selection of employees, including the drug screening process, maintenance of personnel records, employee performance evaluations, and a variety of other programs.


The Human Resources Department is responsible for the following functions of the City of Joshua:
