      The City of Joshua is a Home Rule municipality located in the heart of Johnson County along Highway 174. Joshua has a population of just over 9,200 citizens and operates under the Council-Manager form of local government. The City Council is elected by the voters to serve as the City’s Board of Directors and establish the policies of the City.
