Planning & Zoning Commission

The Planning and Zoning Commission’s responsibility is to approve plans for subdivisions and make recommendations to the City Council regarding land use issues, rezoning requests, amendments to the zoning ordinance and other development regulations, and amendments to and updates of the Comprehensive Master Plan.
