Notice of Public Hearing- Zoning Change – Northeast corner of N. Main St
Notice is hereby given that the City of Joshua’s Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider the request for a zoning change from the (C1) Restricted Commercial District to the (PD) Planned Development District on a 0.016 acre of land known as Lt. 9 S.28ft. and Lt.10, Blk.5, Original Town of Joshua in the W.W. Byers Survey, Abstract No. 29, County of Johnson, Texas located on the northeast corner of N. Main St. and E. 12th St. This property is located in the Heritage Preservation Overlay District. The purpose of this request is to allow for the development of a retail building.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct its public hearing on May 3, 2021 at 6:30 PM and the City Council will conduct its public hearing and consideration on May 20, 2021 at 6:30 PM. Both meetings will be held in the City Council Chambers at Joshua City Hall, 101 South Main Street, Joshua, TX 76058.
