NOTICE TO RESIDENTS:
Due to a glitch in the previous billing software, data that was transferred to the new software included all previous trash accounts including those that had been closed, and showed them as open accounts. Some residents may be receiving multiple bills, likely in a previous owner’s name. Staff is working thru those accounts and the majority of them have been removed.
If by chance you have that issue, please contact City Hall at 817-558-7447 and we will work to get that account cleaned up.
