City staff has compiled a Development Code Manual for use by the citizens, builders and land developers. It is a combination of the Subdivision Rules and Regulations and the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and the Future Land Use Plan. These are ordinances that city staff uses on a regular basis in preparing land use cases to ensure the ordinances and State Law are complied with. I hope you find this helpful.
