IESI will be closed on Friday January 1, 2010 for New Years Day. Service will resume on Tuesday January 5, 2010.

IESI will collect Christmas Trees placed curbside during the regular trash collection days on Tuesday’s and Friday’s for the next several weeks. Trees will be collected at no cost to residents. Any tree that is more than 9 feet in height, will need to be cut in half to be removed.

The Joshua City Council will hold a Work Session at 6:30 p.m. and a Regular Session at 7:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 101 S. The Regular Scheduled Meeting of the Type B Economic Development Corporation for December 8, 2009 has been cancelled due to a lack of agenda items.

Attached is a flyer announcing the next series of public meetings for the Regional Transportation Council (RTC) of the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG).

These meetings are an important way to gauge public opinion about the transportation planning activities and air quality programs of NCTCOG and the RTC as the Metropolitian Planning Organization for the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
