The CITY OF JOSHUA, TEXAS will receive proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk for the construction of Joshua City Park until 2:00 PM, October 5, 2009 at Joshua City Hall, 101 S. Main Street, Joshua, Texas 76058, (817) 558-7447.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) may be obtained by contacting Mike Peacock, Director of Operations at Joshua City Hall, 101 S. Main, Joshua, Texas, 76058 or by phone at (817) 558-7447.

Attention is called to the fact that the applicant must ensure that the employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

The CITY OF JOSHUA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

In order to assure that all potential Construction Managers receive any corrections or addendums to the request for proposal, an official “Bidder’s List” will be maintained at  City Hall.  Any notices on changes in the Request for Proposal will be sent to those on the “Bidder’s List” and the City will not be held responsible for those not on the list.

Monday 8 am to 4 pm

Tuesday 10 am to 6 pm

Wednesday 8 am to 5 pm

Thursday 10 am to 6 pm

Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Saturday 10 am to 2 pm
