On January 7, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. during their regular meeting to be held at Joshua City Council Chambers in the City Hall, the Joshua Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing, to consider making a recommendation to the City Council to establish a zoning district of PD – Planned Development and consider a concept plan on 6.3 acres located in the McKinney & Williams Survey, Abstract No. 636, more commonly known as 531 Cooper Lane, Joshua, Texas.

On January 17, 2008 at 700 p.m. during their regular meeting to be held at Joshua City Council Chambers in the City Hall, the Joshua City Council will hold a public hearing regarding this request.

Any interested party is encouraged to provide written comments prior to the commencement of the meeting or speak at the public hearing.

On January 7, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. during their regular meeting to be held at Joshua City Council Chambers in the City Hall, the City of Joshua Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider making a recommendation to the City Council regarding a request to change the zoning from “C1″ Restricted Commercial to “R-1″ Single Family Residential on a one acre tract of land out of the W. P. Gentry Survey, Abstract No. 547, Tract 6, more commonly known as 1424 N. Main St., Joshua, Texas.

On January 17, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. during their regular meeting to be held at Joshua City Council Chambers in the City Hall, the Joshua City Council will hold a public hearing regarding this request.

Any interested party is encouraged to provide written comments prior to the commencement of the meeting or speak at the public hearing.

Chesapeake Energy requested a formal continuance from the city of Joshua for the council hearing scheduled on December 20, 2007. Chesapeake requested to be placed on the council session agenda on January 17, 2008 for discussion of the Sandlin-Heritage “A” pads.
