On December 3, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. during their regular meeting to be held at Joshua City Council Chambers in the City Hall, the Joshua Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow construction of a church in a R1 – Single Family Residential zoning district. The property is a 3.03 acre tract of land located in the George Wright Survey, Abstract No. 916, more commonly known as 120 Trailwood Drive.
